Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in the original shoe box

Exchange Process

1. Call us at 01887509805 or contact us via WhatsApp to initiate your request.
2. If the exchange is due to a sizing issue or manufacturing defect, please provide photographic proof if requested.
3. You may visit our shop directly for an immediate exchange:

Non-Refundable Items

We generally do not offer cash refunds for “change of mind” purchases once the product has been delivered and inspected. Instead, we prefer to offer:

• Store credit
• Size exchanges

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
